This evening meeting included a good number of Rotarians, partners and guests.
We had the pleasure of hearing Richard Norris describe how he became interested in flying. We heard of his experiences and responsibilities as Chief Pilot of the Coastguard Search and Rescue, based on the south coast of England.
A brief description followed of the helicopter bases, which cover the whole UK coastline, and how the administration and responsibilities for these will change in the future.
