At tonight's meeting we discussed the current situation with Covid 19, and a local outbreak at a meat-processing plant, which is causing concern. Members own experiences indicated that local businesses varied in their approach to social distancing and mask-wearing on their premises, and we felt it important to follow guidelines for our own safety and that of others.
Keith showed us some humorous cartoons and a video on the subject of coronavirus, before we had a quiz on the theme of US State capitals.
We are considering a 2.5 mile walk locally during the autumn, and a fund-raising quiz is also being considered.
