Broom Hall, our meeting venue in normal times will re-open from 1st August, but members felt we needed more time to reach a decision on whether to go back to weekly meetings there. It was agreed that we would review in 1 month in the light of Govt recommendations at that time.
We received an update on Martin A's rose project, and Paul C's project to support local clubs ease their way out of lockdown will be promoted in Wayland news.
We spent some time discussing possible fund raising projects for the coming year, and ideas put forward included outdoor jazz concerts and a drive-in Bingo event.
One further social event is planned for the summer.
The meeting over-ran slightly, so this week's mystery object and quiz were postponed.
