At tonight's meeting we discussed the minutes of the committee meeting earlier this month. Among matters discussed were ensuring we eke out the balance in our charity account, so we can continue to make charitable donations until such time as we are able to resume fundraising activities.
Nevertheless the meeting did vote in favour of our annual donation to Rotary Foundation, and also a further donation towards the cost of supplying soap to Darfur, which is desperately needed to defend against coronavirus.
