John Grant Award recognition
Soham Rotary Club is recognised by 1080 Distrct and shortlisted for the annual John Grant award.
This relates to the support given to Martin & Judy Heath in their February Outreach Project in Mwabarambi
Congratulations to all the Club members who raised money to support the project.
To Rtn Chris Whipp for his persistent work with District to recieve the matching grant and promote the project.
To Rtn Iain Sutherland for working with Martin to product a report vodeo using utube clips and perseverance
Congratulations also to Downham Market club who won the Award.

International Evening - 23rd March
more Rtn David Werner will be pulling together a fund raising evening to support our ongoing Kenya Medical Outreach programme so ably facilitated by Martin & Judy Heath in the Shimba Hills area of Kenya.
Mercy Ship support generates £720
more Following the Quiz night organised by James Robinson which raised £180 on the night, Soham Rotary matched the achievement taking the total to £360. This in turn was matched by another organisation supporting Mercy Ships - grand total £720. Well Done !!
Race Night 2019 - over £850 raised
more Another great result for this event with over £850 raised towards supporting our Honorary Rotarian Martin Heath and his wife Judy in their ongoing challenges of medical Outreach in Kenya.
More Outreach support for Martin
more Hon Rotarian Martin Heath joined club members to share his reflections of 10 years missionary work in Kenya with his wife, Judy. He also received a further donation from the Club to support the medical outreach programme.
2017 Race Night
more Great support for our Charity Race Night this year with almost 100 people filling the Soham Town Rangers Football Club on Saturday 18th March. Over £900 raised for Kenyan Medical Outreach programme.
