Rotary Club of Perth Donation to Starter Packs

The Rotary Club of Perth has recently provided a donation to Starter Packs in Perth towards the purchase of much needed duvets.

Starter Packs is an independent charity which helps the homeless and people in need throughout Perthshire who are facing difficult social and economic circumstances, and as President Gordon Hay of the Rotary Club of Perth explained:

"Starter Packs Perth helps individuals and families on low income who have been given the tenancy of a house or flat but don’t have access to basic household goods. Referrals for Starter Packs come from many agencies such as Social Work Dept., NHS and CAB. Just this week there have been 8 new referrals for help and we are delighted to be able to offer our support.”
