Schools Bake Off Challenge 2018

The Rotary Club of Perth recently held a Bake Off Challenge for Perth City Secondary Schools in conjunction with Perth College UHI and the winner was Klaudia Wlazly from RC Academy.

The pupils were asked to bake a Taste of Perthshire strawberry gateaux and judges Clive Lamb and Bill Montgomery praised the contestants for their all round skills and high standards in a closely fought competition.
