Charity Golf Day 2026

THE 34th ROTARY CLUB OF PERTH CHARITY GOLF DAY 2026 RAISED AN AMAZING £7,500 FOR CHARITY

What a great day out it was at the 34th Rotary Club of Perth Charity Golf Day played over the beautifully presented King James VI Golf Club. Huge thanks to the Captain, committee, and members for letting us play the course once again. 

A big shout out also to the bar and catering team who again did a great job to feed and water 92 hungry golfers. 

A big thank you to the businesses that took teams, sponsored holes and took adverts. Also the many Rotary volunteers and everyone involved in making the day such a success. 

It was great to see the Perth business community come together once again, not only for a brilliant day of golf, but most importantly to help raise money for fantastic local charities and good causes.

The weather behaved itself, all the golfers turned up on time and the ground staff had worked really hard to give fickle golfers no excuse for a poor score!!!

The buzz in the clubhouse after the event was a testimony to what a really enjoyable and successful Rotary Golf Day this one was. 

There are always winners and runners ups ….

The quality of golf and competition was very high and congratulations to the team from ALGO who won on the day. 

Runners up were the teams from Spectraglass and Crown Paints 

The Red Ball winners were Partners&

The nearest the pins were won by Gerard Kelly, Chris Miles, Warwick Smith

The longest drive on 18 went to Kyle Thomson.  

The day finally raised a huge £7,400 which will be distributed carefully within our community. 

Well done to all who took part — a great reminder of what can be achieved when the community comes together for charity.
