Spring Golf competitions
The Club has regular golf competitions and outings. This is the latest.
The Spring outing took place over the Rosemount course at Blairgowrie. Hamish who was the organiser of the day even managed to arrange for the forecasted rain not to appear! That means that Hamish will be given the task of organising next year’s event.
The two trophies played for in the day were the Simpson Medal (best scratch score ) & The Malcolm Miller Trophy (best handicap score)
The Simpson Medal was won by Graham Thom with a cracking score of 76. Andy Ritchie was runner up with a credible 90
The Malcolm Miller Trophy was bagged by Doug Smart with a net 70, closely tailed by David Lindsay & Robin Watt. David is collecting the Malcolm Miller trophy on behalf of Doug as he had to rush off as there was “a cold beer with my name on it”.
