I’m not giving you a write up, apart to say that the evening was well attended by quite a few Rotarians and our wives. All of us had a very happy and enjoyable time, (none us taking the bowling too seriously)! Followed by a very nice cottage pie meal and a trifle desert, cooked for us by the ladies of the GER Bowls committee. Nick gave the vote of thanks to Bruce for organising the evening and to the bowls club for their hospitality. Finally, Bruce also thanked the GER ladies for kindness, hospitality, and for cooking us the tasty meal. He also thanked the GER gentleman who gave us at the start of the evening, a bit of bowling advice and protocol and also for serving us very reasonably priced drinks at the bar. John Cox
