Secretary Eamon has arranged for Paul Frary to speak to us about his work with His Majesties Rail Inspectorate and specifically as expert witness in the Croydon tram crash in 2016. Scole Inn 1830 for 1900hrs
Paul joined British Rail in 1992 having previously served as an engineer in the UK Military. Paul worked in maintenance, design and build and commission of rolling stock for various UK train operators and manufacturers. In 2002 Paul joined Her Majesty’s Railway Inspectorate as an Engineering Inspector and contributed to both permissioning , safety case management and accident investigation.
