We’re delighted to confirm details of our next Rotary Club “Out” meeting on Tuesday 15th September at 5.30pm, when we’ll be visiting Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses (Whitegate Farm, Norwich Road, Creeting St Mary, Suffolk, IP6 8PG – bottom of the A140). It promises to be a perfect late‑summer outing with plenty to see, taste, and explore.
On arrival, we’ll be welcomed with tea and coffee before heading out on a guided walk around the farm. The visit is scheduled to last around 1½–2 hours and concludes with a cheese tasting and an opportunity to purchase cheese from their self‑service vending room. The cost for the tour is the normal meeting charge of £17 per person (non‑refundable) and will be debited to your Rotary account upon booking.
Please come prepared with sturdy footwear and either a raincoat or sunglasses — depending on whatever the British weather decides to do.
After the farm visit, we plan to stop for a meal at The White Horse, Stoke Ash, at approximately 7.45pm. where everyone will be invited to settle their own bill, The staff tip will be covered from club funds.
We hope you are free to join us, please email Treasurer@dissrotary.org.uk Closing date: 15th August 2026. Guests are most welcome, but numbers are limited and places will be allocated in order of receipt of email confirmation. Early replies would be greatly appreciated so we can confirm numbers and get everything in the dairy.
