A Night at The Oscars

Arrival time: 18.30

Where: Northampton College The Lane Restaurant, Booth Lane

Theme: Night at the Oscars encouragement of dressing up for the red carpet treatment.

Menu: 4 course meal to be preordered

Cost: £25 per person to include gratuities

Note: Northampton College is cashless you will be responsible for your own drinks bill which will have to be paid by card.

Covid requirements: The Lane normal capacity is 100 this has been reduced to 40 to ensure good spacing. All diners are encouraged to take a lateral flow test before attending the meal. All students and staff will be wearing a medical grade facemask and are lateral flow tested twice a week. All diners are required to wear a face mask whilst moving within the restaurant which can be removed once sitting at the dining table.

Sadly we have only been able to reserve 30 places and the other party of 10 will be seated in a separate area of the restaurant and are booked in for 19.30.

The 30 places will be allocated on a first come basis and therefore you will need to email me if you wish to attend. This event initially will be only open to a Rotarian plus one. You do not have to bring a plus one. Naturally this stipulation will be amended if need be to reach the 30 person limit.

The menus for this evening are to be sent to me mid February and then will be sent out to all those who have indicated they wish to attend. Full payment of £25 will be required by 25 February into the Rotary Club account. If for some reason later on you find you are unable to attend I am sure we will be able to find a

replacement and therefore you will be reimbursed by the replacement.

Despite the above limitations and requirements we hope you will look on this as a chance to do something a “little different” and you will be able to let your “hairdown” but only whilst sitting at your table!
