I hope that you are looking forward to Monday's meeting at Chester House Estates? We are extremely grateful to the team at CHE for letting Wellingborough Rotary Club have a sneak preview of this fantastic facility before the public opening on Saturday 23rd October! Below is the itinerary, which I hope that you enjoy:
1. Arrival from 5.30pm, meet and greet with drinks! There is no licence for CHE to sell alcohol, but there will be a selection of beers and wines available to purchase for £2 per glass or bottle of beer (cash only) There will be jugs of water on each of the tables?
2. Around 6pm CHE staff will take members on a short tour around the site, we would like members to get a feel for how it will look to the public when open, what facilities are available and how all age groups can have a great family day out!
3. Dinner around 6.30pm? Looking forward to Hunters Chicken & Crumble! Cost is £12 if you haven't already paid.
4. After dinner and during coffee Jack Pishhorn, Estate Business Manager will be talking to members about what is happening now and future plans for the estate.
5. We hope to have things all wrapped up by 8pm!
ACCESS & PARKING: Access to the site is from the A45 Eastbound dual carriageway, proceed to the sign for Chester House Estates Guest Parking (do not follow the yellow signs for Main Public Entrance!)
As you come down the newly resurfaced road someone will be on duty to make sure that you are parked in the correct area!
Whilst this is a working site it is not envisaged that you need alternative footwear!
I hope that is enough for you all? If you require further details then please call me on 07881854943!
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
