Rotary Open Evening

On June 11th we held our annual Open Evening at Rushden Hall. This gives us a chance to outline to the attendees what Rotary is and what Rotary does – at the same time dispelling some of the misconceptions that come with the Rotary “label”.

In a wonderful parkland setting, some 50 attendees heard presentations from Anton Rudgalvis, Angela Capper, Mike Neville and Matt Gerrett along with Guest Speaker Donna French, Centre Manager at Rushden Lakes and Chair of Wellingborough and East Northants Chamber of Commerce who outlined how we had worked with both organisations over the past year. An excellent (as always) buffet was supplied by Joan Bathurst. A number of those present expressed their interest in our Club so fingers crossed for more new Members over the coming months. And yes….we have already booked our slot for 2026!
