THE CLUB ADMIN COMMITTEE 2025 - 2026
We do the Admin that frees up our Committees to focus on delivering positive engagement with our local and International community!
The committee has the following responsibilities
- Conducting activities associated with the effective operation of the Club
- Assist the Attendance Officer to monitor club attendance
- Organising weekly and special programmes
- Promoting fellowship among club members
The Committee will take the lead in the following activities for 2025 - 2026
- Week to week running of club meetings and events including the 'fifth' Tuesday social gathering
- Santa Float activity for 2025 - launch meeting in August 2025.
- District Assembly on May 16th, 2026 to preview the new Rotary Year 2026-27 initiatives.
- 56th Charter on 15th August 2025 at Johnsons Steak House, Old Hurst.
- Promoting and monitoring our use of Rotary Club Central as a means of reporting on our activities.
1 Continue work on introduction of "Long term Strategy" for club
2 Performing Arts Licence will be required.
3 District Assembly registration fees. Tradition has it that club pays members fees and members pay for meal.
