THE CLUB ADMIN COMMITTEE 2024 - 2025
The committee has the following responsibilities
- Conducting activities associated with the effective operation of the Club
- Assist the Attendance Officer to monitor club attendance
- Organising weekly and special programmes
- Promoting fellowship among club members
The Committee will take the lead in the following activities for 2024 - 2025
- Week to week running of club meetings and events including the 'fifth' Tuesday social gathering
- Santa Float activity for 2024 - launch meeting on TBA.
- District Assembly on May 17th, 2025 to preview the new Rotary Year 2025-26 initiatives.
- 55th Charter on 6th September 2024 at Lakeside Lodge, Pidley.
- Promoting and monitoring our use of Rotary Club Central as a means of reporting on our activities.
1 Reintroduce the need to update "Terms of Reference" for each committee
2 Start preparation work for introduction of "Long term Strategy" for club
3 Review change from google docs to Office 365
4 Meals in discussions with Golf Club and alternative venues
5 Introduce speaker / use of microphones at meetings.
6 Performing Arts Licence will be required.
7 District Assembly registration fees. Tradition has it that club pays members fees and members pay for meal.
8 District Quiz. Tradition has it that the club pays members fees and members pay for their meals
9 Club equipment. Last 3 years expenditure has been £186, £168, £691. - £340 +£7.50 month
