1) Main Courses
Chicken
Tikka spiced Chicken supreme served with Jasmine Rice, masala sauce , wilted spinach and fresh made chilli and mango salsa
or, Fish
Pan seared Salmon Supreme ,Crushed New potatoes , curly kale and a lemon and herb cream
or, Vegetarian
Gorgonzola and broccoli linguini ,Alfredo sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes
2) Desserts
Chocolate Brownie served with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
White chocolate and raspberry creme bruleé and shortbread
Chefs Crumble with a choice of Custard or Ice cream
