Reports on last year's activity and from Club Council
• Receive the reports from Club Council and Committees;
• Treasurer’s interim report, fix subscriptions and propose Budget for the next Rotary year;
• Election of Honorary Members;
• Finalise other club appointments, e.g. team leaders, for following year
• Elect not less than 3 not more than 6 ordinary members of Council;
• Elect District Council representatives and substitutes;
• Appoint Club Accounts Examiners for the next year.
