• Elect the Club President Elect for the coming year;
• Elect the Treasurer and Secretary for the coming year;
• Elect the voting delegates and deputies for the Rotary GB&I annual business meeting
• Approve the club’s audited/independently examined accounts for the previous year. Provide a certificate to the District Treasurer signed by the President that the accounts have been properly prepared and examined.
• Select any candidates from the club for Rotary GB&I elected posts as and when requested by Rotary GB&I.
