International Committee

The International Committee is active in supporting through contributions to Water Aid and providing Shelter Boxes (tools etc) for stricken communities throughout th world.   We also sponsor a student in the Gambia and contribute can tops to the Africa in support of Purple Aid (the needy make handbags and other items out of the ring pulls).  Also club member collect alluminium cans that go to a central Rotary point to be sold to help to provide heliports at hospitals.   Last but not least, prior to the coronavirus pandemic arrangements were being made to support a project in Namibia.
