Matthew Grant our out going President welcomes Charles Hardy as the new President for 2019 - 2020

♥ Arrange fund raising events including the village Carnival, Quiz Nights and musical events

♥ Organise community support events such as our Health & Wellbeing Fair

♥ Raise funds for our Trust Fund (reg. charity 1032689) for donation to charities & good causes

♥ Encourage International understanding, by twinning & sponsoring exchanges

♥ Maintain the Rotary Notice Board (by the Rising Sun) with information for Residents & Visitors

♥ Support Tarporley Community High School by running annual 'mock job interviews'

♥ Invite local speakers to attend our meetings to help spread understanding of their interests & projects

♥ Organise social activities for Members, Guests and their partners

♥ Have online presentations on a wide variety of subjects from speakers worldwide

♥ Meet locally for a meal followed by either a local speaker or a planning meeting.

♥ Make new friends, have a good time and enjoy the hospitality.

♥ Recognise vocational service and support of the community

Loose Change Appeal

... and this is where it goes - supporting early years education in South Africa

We're collecting loose change (or notes!) - any amount, any currency, withdrawn coins, however old - we can turn them into ££££'s!

Our next Quiz Night is on Saturday 16th November!

Our April Quiz Night sold out quickly and raised over £1,300 for St Luke's Hospice. This time we are supporting the Claire House Children's Hospice and with your help we hope to raise even more for them!

Supporting Early Education in South Africa

Last year Santa brought excitement and smiles to everyone, from toddlers to senior citizens in Tarporley and the surrounding area, whilst your generosity raised over £2,000 to support charities and community organisations!

Tarporley Village Market is now open at Tarporley Community Centre on the first Saturday of the month, 9.30am to 1.00pm

You are very cordially invited to join us for our showing of "A Haunting in Venice" (12) at 7.30 pm on Friday 15th November in the Tarporley Community Centre. Doors open at 7.00 pm.
