President Tony Coxhill welcomed three visiting Rotarians from the Bentley Club:- Julia Noden their Secretary, Tim Jones – President Elect and Sharron Shenton.
Tony asked the Club to approve that a donation of £500 should be sent to Crewe Town Council to help the displaced Residents from The Beechmere Residential Home following the recent fire at their home. This was approved unanimously by members present.
Tim Jones outlined his plans for the Bentley Club during his term of office.
Tony Hoy gave an illustrated talk on his recent Bike Ride from Edinburgh through Glasgow and The Falkirk Wheel to Ayr via the National Cycle Network.
