Directions: Take the A34 past Alderley Edge towards Congleton. About 3 miles out of Alderley Edge is Capesthorne Hall on your right. It is easy to see. Take the next left about a mile further on down a narrow road signposted to Henbury. You come upon this quite quickly. The parking is about 300 yds on the left giving a good view up the lake.
The walk is about 4 miles and mainly flat.
After, lunch is at The Red Lion, Lower Withington about 2.5 miles from our finish. I have booked a table for 9 between 13.00 and 13.30.
