Rotary Club of Buxton members donned hygiene apparel and safety footwear, then underwent a rigorous hand-washing regime, to comply with the mandatory standards required by Nestle Waters for anyone entering any of their preparation plants. Quality manager, MatthewFaulkner and staffer Lindsey Curlewis took the members in small groups around the various operational stages of the £35M state-of-the-art bottling and warehousing facility at Waterswallows, which opened in 2013. They were joined inside by staffer Ondrej Samal who explained some of the technical stages. Everyone was extremely impressed by the speed and efficiency of the bottling and packing operations in the environmentally-friendly building.
