Andy's Man Club are a men's suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK
Our sessions provide a place to talk openly about life's challenges, mental health, and well-being. We believe in the power of conversation and the strength of community.
So, whether you need to get something off your chest or just connect with like-minded individuals, you will be welcome.
Evert Monday at 7.00pm (except Bank Holidays) we're here for you! Don't hesitate to bring a friend or come on your own - you'll be amongst guys who understand.
