more In 1968, the Club launched the Elderly People's holiday week for 40 deserving older people at Rindleside Hotel. Its success saw the initiative continue annually, later being rebranded in the 1980s as the Carers Holiday Scheme.
more Founded by Nigel Wood in 2011–12, the Toy Appeal has grown from 360 toys donated by 3 businesses to 40,000 toys from 53 businesses in 2024, supporting around 4,000 families across a 400-mile area.
more Since 1972, Rotary House has served charitable purposes, first providing pioneering holidays for families affected by renal dialysis. Later a bereavement centre, it now supports the Wilf Ward Family Trust in delivering specialist community care.
