Over 100 Rotarians and friends celebrated the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Rotary Club of Mirfield at a gala dinner at The Holiday Inn Brighouse on 4th November.
Addressing the distinguished group, President Gill Poole said: 'We're a strong club but we recognise that working alone brings limited rewards. The club is refocusing on how we can best service communities both here in the UK and abroad. We have for instance started working closely with the Round Table which is proving beneficial for both organisations."
