This year Medway Sunlight and Rochester Rotary Clubs jointly sponsored the Rotary Award for Young People and Adults involved in Community Action to recognise those involved in making a difference in their community.
Congratulations to the three young finalists - Riley Card, Oliver Roberts and Ben Creech and to Riley Card for winning the Young Person's award and to Kellie Milano for winnning the Adult award.
A great night recognising the wonderful young people of Medway and all that they do to make it a better place to live, work, play and study in.
The opportunity was also taken to promote some of the work we do with young people - competitions, working with NCS students on their social action projects and supporting the Rotary End Polio Now campaign and ShelterBox for emergency shelter in disaster areas.
