Medway Sunlight members join in to raise funds for clean water
Members of our Club joined about 50 other Rotarians and friends on Sunday 5th June on a 8km walk to raise funds for clean water schemes in South Africa.
We set off from the Robin Hood pub at the top of Bluebell Hill and followed the valley towards the river looping back to the pub in time for a welcome ploughman's meal. A really nice walk and plenty of money raised for a very worthwhile cause. It was so appropriate therefore that as we got back the heavens opened and plenty of water fell!
