The Rotary Leadership & Management Program 2024/25
ROTARY LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (LAMP) NEWS
The programme involves students planning & running an event of their choice, each team member takes on a role within the team to ensure the project is completed on time and achieves their original aims & objectives. During the seven weeks of the programme, Rotary members deliver information within the School/ College environment for two hours per week on all aspects of project management. The students then present the project results as well as a one-to-one interview with the assessors, successful students receive a Rotary certificate of completion and if reaching the required standard a further level 2 qualification Certificate from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) This year we had 52 students who volunteered to complete the course.

The Rotary Toybox appeal provides Christmas gifts for children living in domestic abuse refuges. Each box costs £30 and contains toys to the value of £80. Boxes purchased through our donations will be delivered to local refuges in South Essex.
