An insight into the workings of Parc Prison

We shall be meeting at our usual breakfast venue and welcoming on Zoom, Alison, a Rotarian working at HM Prison & Young Offenders' Institution Parc, located in Bridgend, South Wales.
It was one of the first prisons to be built under the Government's Private Finance Initiative.
