Uppingham Defibrillator 2017/18

Defibrillator 2017/18

The Club decided to provide an additional defibrillator to supplement the existing network and ensure that more residents lived within 500 mtrs of a defibrillator.  This year Spire Homes offered to provide a home for the unit on the outside wall of Gerrard Court Community Room and  also offered the servives of their maintenance contractor to instal the unit.

The unit was installed and put into operation in March 2018.

The funding for the unit was shared between the Rotary Club of Uppingham and The Rotary Foundation thanks to a District Foundation Grant of £1045.
