Breakfast meeting
Apologies

- Deborah Leek-Bailey and Jackie, Sarah’s mum.
Birthdays
- Birthday wishes to Paul for 2nd June and Maureen for the 3rd 
Grace provided by Paul followed by another delicious breakfast.
Social events
There are a number of social events proposed for club members and guests:
- Cream tea and potential walk/ tractor ride around the orchards. Pat will get cost
and gauge interest - she might even drive the tractor 
- Wine tasting and vineyard tour at Brenley farm. Pat again will provide date and
information 
- Ask Sue V to follow upon an Ales and Blooms natter and a platter and the visit to
the Cheesemakers at Lamberhurst Farm.
- Pete has proposed holding a garden party on a Thursday toward the end of July,
hopefully a dry - weather-wise - day!
- All being well Dave is back with us next week, we will find out if we can utilise his
beach hut for Tea by the Sea 
- And not to forget Sarah’s invite to her 50th birthday celebration  on 13th June,
6.30pm at the East Quay Venue.
International committee
- Andrew is hosting a meeting on Wednesday 3/6 at 6pm to sort the books for
schools, there are lots to sort.

Walk for Water presentation 18/06
Handover meeting 25/06, evening.
- The menu for the evening is attached to this email. Robert will circulate a choices
sheet for members and guests.
- Godfrey hasn’t yet heard back from two of our 3 charities. Hopefully they will all
attend for their cheque presentations.
Board meeting 16/06 4.45 for 5pm at aka thy’s.
Raffle - won by Godfrey.
Bertie’s Master at Arms
- Fines included not liking Godfrey’s job, the beach trip, rushing to breakfast and
missing grace!
- A couple of funnies, on line driving tuition and ex wife celebrating for 6years.
Poetry Corner
- Andrew regaled us with a poem about a dithering boy who met his end through
being indecisive! I used to be indecisive now I’m not so sure 
AOB Spyros has a winter jasmine plant on offer this week
Final toast from Kathy.
Next meeting 4/6 7.30 for 8am breakfast at the Monument. Pete will be in the
chair as Kathy will be in Italy.
