Treasurer:

David confirmed all monies dealt with as discussed last week.

He is away for a week.

Any payments for meals – Godfrey will have the card reader next week.

Please leave any cash payments until Daivd’s return.

International

Andrew M confirmed the TWAM collection last week had gone well (his garage is now empty). The collection point at Chestfield was not good as very little brought along.

Board to review future of TWAM.

Membership

Sarah will be inducted on May 21st.

Youth

Maggie hopes that after District Assembly some dates might be made available for youth activities.

Sue V had met a previous winner who had gone on to catering college.

Fundraising

All shifts now covered for May 2nd car parking.

Social:

Escape room on hold until later in the year.

September 11th is Golf Day – David has circulated information.

Godfrey and Bertie Bassett fined various misdemeanours.

He then told a Parrot tale.

Andrew read another poem – Clarissa meets her match.

Lesley was cross fined for leaving the church hall in a mess – she retaliated by switching all the lights off!
