Vice President
- Pete is retiring from work this week, he had a wasted trip to Bristol after bashing
his coccyx and cracking his head but he did get a Christmas hamper from his
company. Welcome to retirement - life begins now
Christmas meals
- Thanks to Sue for organising another fabulous Christmas meal last Thursday.
There was a discussion about having a lunchtime meal next year, the majority
agreed, Sue will try and book a Thursday lunchtime at the beginning of December
now as they book up very early.
- Elaine, Maureen and Kathy joined Whitstable Rotary for their Christmas meal.
Safe to say ours was the better meal.
Christmas Collection
- It was a pleasant, dry evening but obviously the cost of living is having an impact
on everyone as donations were down on previous years. A thank you to the
Sissons for the mulled wine  , mince pies and sausage rolls.
Car Parking
- We had a fairly quiet session last time, but managed circa £600 to share with
school.
- Parking on 31/12 is covered, as it’s a weekday the car park opens later at 9 am
so all shifts move forward by one hour. Godfrey will send out the list nearer the
time.

ostracised from the club
