Minutes of Chestfield Rotary Club Breakfast Meeting
Held on November 6th at The Monument.

Remembrance Sunday
Pete will be laying a wreath at the Herne Bay Memorial.
District Grants:
These are on hold as further information needed on some applications (not ours).
Shoe Box Appeal
Lesley has received one further box.
Christmas Meal
Sue requires numbers asap – menu choices by end of month.
Christmas Tree in All Saints
David M needs requests for memory cards no later than December 17th but the sooner the better.
Evening speaker
November 29th – speaker is David K’s daughter – subject ‘Travels’.
Quiz Night
November 15th – everything in hand – Godfrey requested more raffle prizes. 3 tickets are available. Volunteer requested to be in charge of tablecloths – Sheila offered. Paul to let Godfrey have 2 pull up banners.
Greetings from other Clubs
There were none but Spyros had spoken to former member Chris who is hoping to join a local club once recovered from surgery.
Almoner:
Pippa reported that Reggie will be having surgery at Moorfields – sha has helped him to find affordable home support. He is happy to continue doing the birthday cards.
Marion is much the same.

Dave fined for various misdemeanours – falling down, being dazed and confused and those who received a higher education.
