Another happy Silver Sunday Afternoon for Older Residents
Ambleside Kirkstone was delighted to host its annual Silver Sunday Afternoon Tea, a special event for older residents. The Loughrigg Hall at APC was filled with happy chatter and laughter as those attending enjoyed a delicious selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, and yummy cakes, all accompanied by endless cups of tea.
The afternoon also included an engaging table quiz, with rounds covering topics such as Cumbria, Michaels, and Old Advertisement Slogans.Our thanks to everyone who contributed—whether through catering, serving, or simply socialising all of which created a very happy community afternoon.
