Herb talk

Thank you to Mark for the fascinating talk on growing herbs and the supermarket supply chain

Mark's herb talk: September 2024

We learnt so much about the journey herbs take from the glasshouse in Bourne to the supermarket shelf. It was good to learn about trends in herb consumption and we will all buy pots rather than cut herbs next thyme (!) we are in the supermarket!

Super meal at the William Cecil at Stamford too!
