The youngsters who took part had a great time and parents loved the event and the opportunity for their children to cycle in a traffic free environment. Over fifty youngsters aged 6-10 years old were awarded a medal by the Marlow mayor.
This is the last ongoing activity of the original “Love Marlow” initiative. The event was free to enter and was purely for the fun of riding without traffic in the safe parkland of the SAS Institute at Medmenham. Refreshments were donated by M&S and First Aid cover was provided by Buckinghamshire Search and Rescue.
The event was organised and stewarded by members and family of Marlow Thames Rotary, RC Marlow, Marlow Air Cadets and Marlow Methodist Church.
