The Criminal Justice System

Jonothan gave us an enthusiastic and well-informed presentation about his experience of over thirty years working in the criminal justice system. He made a passionate plea for us all to pay more attention to the fact the system is increasingly prone to failure, with delays of several years for some cases to come to court and a growing risk of injustice especially for those of modest means. A sobering talk which prompted many questions.
