Climate Change

Lucinda is studying for a master’s degree in Climate Change and her talk, Climate Change: Optimism and Action, is based on questions she has been asked by friends and acquaintances since starting her course. It will include science, policy and some actions we can take.  She is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has worked on construction projects ranging from large bridges to basic water supply. She spent several years working with individuals, companies and universities training and mentoring engineers.  She has also studied business, worked as freelance consultant, been a full-time parent and volunteered. She loves dancing. Her desire to study Climate Change is built on a lifelong interest in environmental issues, addressing inequality and solving problems.
