We are not approving the current year’s income and expenditure account as this is prepared, examined and approved by the Club later in the calendar year at a Special AGM.

3  Proposals & Election of Honorary Members for the ensuing year  

4  Proposals & Election of 6 nominations, and ballot if more than 6 nominations of ordinary members to Council.

5  Proposal & Election of 2 members [& substitute] to represent the Club at District 

6  Confirmation/Election of Trustees for Marlow Thames Rotary Club Charitable Fund (John Bromwich to update – essentially 4 are standing appointments supported by one elected member.)
    
7  Appointment of Examiner for 2021/22 Account
