Agenda:
1. The Appointment of the new Officers for 2021-22. Nominations are:
- President Elect - Richard Gyselynck
- Treasurer - John Bromwich
- Secretary - John Prout.
Note: Steve Berry is already appointed as President Elect in 2020-21
2. The formal presentation of the audited accounts for last year's club and charity accounts (to 30th June 2020), which have now been signed off by our Honorary Examiner, David Simpson. These were originally circulated to the club in draft form at the AGM in June, but for the record are now attached for your perusal as final accounts' together with David's report. So you now have a second opportunity to read and inwardly digest them - and perhaps practice a little bit of forensic questioning!
3. Normal Business Meeting
