Visit to Bekonscot Model Village

Wed, Oct 24th 2018 at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Volunteers transported elderly guests for an afternoon visit.

After a slight hiccup (four people without transport) which was speedily resolved, everyone had a good afternoon. Bekonscot is a great place to visit for the young and elderly alike. For the kids, it’s the trains and additional activities they have added in the last few years. For the elderly, it’s a trip down memory lane. That followed by tea and scones made it a perfect outing for the people we took.
