Create a Yule Log - Judge: John Arkle
Eight members brought their creations to the meeting, John judged each Yule Log on flavour, texture and presentation. They were required to be traditional chocolate and any garnish had to be edible rather than plastic or other non edible products.
The winning entry was baked by Alan Chifney and those present enjoyed sampling the products after the judging had taken place.
