Marlow Festival of Voices

Sat, Oct 3rd 2026 at 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Featuring the internationally renowned Pontarddulais Male Choir performing in All Saints Church, Marlow

The Pontarddulais Male Choir is internationally renowned - having appeared in many parts of Europe as well as Canada and the United States. Indeed it is the most successful competitive male voice choir from Wales.

The choir was formed in 1960 by the late Noel Davis MBE, the choir’s conductor until 2002. Clive Phillips, until then an accompanist of the choir, then took up the baton and has since led the choir to six Welsh National Eisteddfod wins, a first Llangollen International Eisteddfod and twice winners of the choir of the festival at the National Eisteddfod.

Guest soloist: Ellen Williams

Award-winning soprano and songwriter Ellen Williams has performed both internationally and across the UK including venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Cadogan Hall, and Bridgewater Hall. She was the support artist on II Divo‘s 2024 UK tour performing to a sold out London Palladium, and has been an anthem soloist leading a crowd of 74,000 in the Principality Stadium. She has sung under the baton of Sir Karl Jenkins and was honoured to perform at the wedding of Sir Bryan Terfel.
