Wrap up Cardiff & The Vale

The Rotary Clubs of Cardiff and the Vale are once again promoting Wrap up Cardiff and The Vale. We are collecting good, warm, winter coats for the homeless. Coats are inspected to ensure they are in good condition before being distributed to homeless shelters, refugee centres and other organisations supporting people in crisis.
