A talk and some exercises by Darren from Reach For Health. Suitable for all as it includes exercises for those sitting down.
Dinner will be at the usual 7pm. And remember to wear something comfortable!

BBQ at Green Acres (weather permitting) - but we will have Reach For Health, who are introducing some new classes, including some online classes.
