1st December 2018 at the Windmill Inn, Badby

7:00 pm for 7:30 start – Dress Smart Casual

As agreed at the business meeting on 5 November we will go for Main Course and Desert. The cost will

be £25/head

Mains:

A/ Roast Turkey, apricot and lemon stuffing, roasted seasonal veg, pigs in blankets, bread sauce

B/ Fillet of salmon, crab and scallop pearl barley risotto, spinach and lemon oil

C/ Blade of beef, bacon and shallots, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish mash, buttered greens

D/ Pork fillet and Black pudding Wellington, braised pork belly, apple and cider sauce, roasted root

vegetables

E/ Vegetable Cottage Pie, sweet potato mash, creamy leek tart, onion gravy

Desserts:

1/ Christmas Pudding & Brandy Butter

2/ Baileys Crème Brulee, Spiced Shortbread

3/ Chocolate & Pecan Brownie, Toffee ice-cream

61st Year of Christmas Collecting in Daventry

Rotary Club of Danetre Daventry have been arranging the Annual Christmas Collection since 2005. And before that Daventry Round Table Organised the Santa Collection.

Every year Danetre Rotary take a party of children from the local senior schools to Wickstead Park as part of the Kids Out Day.

Monday 10th February a great night at Rotary. Tonight President Bob inducted 2 new members into the Rotary Club of Danetre Daventry.
