Photographic Competiton 2015

Details of the winners for the 2015 competition. Our overall winner was Carole Ford with her picture "Open Wide"

Class 1 - Sports Action

Winner - Carole Ford  - "Headingley Highlight"

Runner Up - Alan Miller - "Beach Cricket"

Class 2 - A Rotary Event

Winner - Carole Ford - "Open Wide".  This shot also won the best overall photo award

Runner Up - Anne Wall - "Ice Cold in ......Northallerton"

Class 3 - Where am I? Photos to be taken on a mobile device or tablet

Winner - Geoff Wall - "Mushrooms!".  Taken in the centre of Seville

Runner Up - Carole Ford - Distant Light. Taken in the Cellarium at Fountains Abbey

Class 4 (Open Class) - City Skyline

Winner - Carole Ford - Hong Kong - Where Old Meets New


Runner Up - John Proud - Perthonal Favourite

Table Competition

There were seventeen entries in Class 3 "Where Am I", and part of our evening was to work in teams to try to decide where they were taken! The winners were a team consisting of Anand Nadgir, Muttu Puranik, Joanne Barker, Anne Wall and Geoff Wall.
